Departs: Cairns (Select Departure Dates)

Day one starts with a 7.00am muster from accommodation to get the paper work and gear-up sorted, riders briefed and to be underway for your adventure by 8.00am. Travel up the Kuranda Range then onto the dirt through Black Mountain National Park along some single tracks and old logging trails travelling through and behind the towns of Mount Molloy, Julatten and Mossman then onward to the beautiful Daintree village for lunch.
After lunch you will cross the mighty Daintree River and ride the famous CREB track with its fantastic trails. Make your way to the historic Lion’s Den Hotel for a cold beer, hot showers and your first night’s accommodation. It’s been a big day and riders will appreciate a good night’s sleep.
Day two offers some more great trails heading out to Archer point south of Cooktown. Then it’s all around Cooktown, finishing the day at your Fishing Camp. Stay at Endeavour River Escape which is still a working farm of 250 acres on the Endeavour Rive offering luxury bush camping (tents are up , air mattress are up, camp fire is ready to light on the fall of darkness, and your support truck is in place with the camp kitchen set up for your evening meal).
The property offers a boat ramp for easy access to the Endeavour River, a haven for Barramundi, Mangrove Jack , Spangled Perch and Silver Grunter to name a few. You can also set mud crab pots every day, which could translate as an extra special meal, yum! There are two boats to fish out off as well as fishing from the river banks.
Spend 3 nights at Endeavour River Escape camping, fishing and sharing a cold beer with fish tales by the camp fire. There is always cold beer in the ice box for the end of the day as this is FNQ.
Day 5 will see you stay at Laura, the Lion’s Den Hotel in Cooktown or perhaps PK’s Rainforest Retreat at Cape Tribulation. This tour operates to a flexible itinerary dependant on group wishes and ground covered during the ride. You may visit the Bloomfield Falls, Bloomfield Tack, Julatten or Black Mountain Road via Kuranda Range as you make your way back in to Cairns. The name of the game is to give you, the lucky participant, the best riding and fishing adventure of your entire life!
