I hope this e-mail finds you well. Sorry for not answering you sooner, I just forgot, no excuses.

Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful and we had a wonderful time at Cairns.
The day started with rain showers and therefore the first heli trip was not as spectacular as the 2nd. I'm glad we took that 2nd trip. The Galaxy lived to the expectations but the crew certainly surpassed them by far. They were extraordinary and the food awesome. We regret not having scheduled a multiple day trip with them.
The reef was spectacular even with the clouded sky.
We also had a wonderful time the 2nd day especially at the crocodile farm. Our guide was knowledgeable and very friendly and accommodating.
In short, we had a great time at Cairns and the only thing we would change is to spend more time there and on board the Galaxy.

Thank you for all your help with our Cairns Reef trip.

We had the most wonderful day out on the reef with Passions of Paradise. The crew were fabulous and the Barrier reef is truly awesome. I can understand now why you recommended this company. They go that little bit further to ensure your day is a memorable one.

Simon (from Passions of Paradise) is truly a "people person", he entertained a lot of people on the day with his 'magic card tricks'. From the older crowd to the young ones he had us all laughing and cheering. He is just one example of why our day was superb.

So, I just wanted to send a heartfelt "THANK YOU" for your recommendation and your follow up on any enquiry that I had. Customer service like this is not recognised very much these days and I did not want to let it go unnoticed.
