The Tour After enjoying the morning at leisure, you will be collected from your Cairns or Northern Beaches accommodation and transferred to the heliport in Cairns. After introductions and a safety briefing, it’s time to commence your scenic flight to the Outer Barrier Reef located Marine World Pontoon.

Enjoy a spectacular scenic flight past the rainforest clad coastline, and over one of the greatest natural wonders of the world, the Great Barrier Reef! Your scenic flight will allow for stunning views including the Yarrabah Peninsula, Mission Bay, Fitzroy Island, Sudbury Cay, Elford Reef and Moore Reef!

Once you arrive at Reef Magic’s Marine World Platform, the beauty of the Great Barrier Reef is yours to experience. Your Reef Magic Outer Barrier Reef Tour includes up to 4 1/2 hours free time on the pontoon with snorkelling equipment including buoyancy vests, underwater observatory via viewing windows built into lower level of the pontoon, semi-submersible submarine tours with full commentary and glass bottom boat tours as well as a delicious buffet lunch with selection of hot and cold dishes!

At the end of a fun filled day enjoying the best of the Great Barrier Reef cruise back to Cairns on board Reef Magic's fast, comfortable, high speed catamaran. Arrive into Cairns at approximately 5.00pm to be transferred by coach to accommodation.

• 10.50pm: Arrive at the Marine World Platform
• 3.30pm: Catamaran departs the Marine World Platform for Cairns
• 5.00pm: Catamaran arrives at the Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal

What to Bring Bring small soft sided day bags as luggage space is restricted on helicopter. Dress for the tropics and bring a hat, sunglasses, your swim suit & towel, sunglasses, camera, hat and sunscreen.
Terms & Conditions Passenger Weight Policy - Please Advise Of Estimated Weight Details In Comments Box On Making Reservation 
Due to Aviation Weight Restrictions a client’s body and luggage weight must be advised prior to the reservation being confirmed. Should a client advise a weight variance of more than 10%, the right is reserved to charge a 100% cancellation fee.

Child’s Rate Policy
One (1) infant under their 3rd birthday may travel free of charge if seated on a guardian’s lap. A maximum of one infant per helicopter may travel as per CASA regulations. Children 3 years and above pay full fare.

Insurance
The helicopter operator carries full insurance including Public Liability Insurance of $50,000,000.00.

Minimum and maximum passenger numbers
Minimum passenger numbers may apply. Groups larger than 6 passengers may require private charter. Please liaise with Cairns Visitor Centre at time of booking.

Fuel Surcharge
With fluctuations in world oil prices, it may be necessary to apply a fuel surcharge to the ticket price. In such cases any charge will be collected on departure.

Cancellation Policy
Booking Deposit Non Refundable. Cancellations made 48 hours or less prior to departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
