Reef Magic Outer Barrier Reef Tour - Cruise & Fly

The Tour Your with a check-in at the Reef Fleet Terminal at the corner of Cairns Esplanade and 1 Spence Street in Cairns, to check-in with Reef Magic Cruises at 8.30am, to depart the Cairns Marinas at 9.00am sharp! Cruise from Cairns onboard a fast, modern and stable catamaran to Reef Magic's Marine World Pontoon, located at Moore Reef on the Outer Barrier Reef.

Once you arrive at Reef Magic’s Marine World Platform, the beauty of the Great Barrier Reef is yours to experience. Your Reef Magic Outer Barrier Reef Tour includes up to 4.5 hours free time on the pontoon with included activities such as snorkelling equipment including bouyancy vests, underwater observatory with panoramic viewing windows built into lower 'underwater' level of the pontoon, semi submersible submarine tours with full commentary, glass bottom boat tours as well as a delicious buffet lunch with selection of hot and cold dishes!

The pontoon is stable in the water with plenty of room to enjoy activities, there's even a sundeck with sunlounges for sunbathing and entry stairs that lead from the pontoon, straight out onto the coral bombies of Moore Reef.

After enjoying your day on the Outer Barrier Reef, its time to leave the pontoon and travel back to Cairns via helicopter! Fly over the turquoise waters of the Great Barrier Reef and see imposing reef formations, including white sandy cays and kilometres of individual reef systems as well as the coastline and Cairns!

Arrive back into Cairns Heliport at the Pier Complext on Cairns Esplanade at approximately 3.40pm. On arriving back into Cairns, guests are free to make their own way back to accommodation.

• 10:30am: Arrive at Marine World on the Outer Great Barrier Reef
• 3.15pm: Helicopter departs the Marine World Platform
• 3.40pm: Helicopter arrives at the Cairns City Helipad

What to Bring Small soft sided day bags as luggage space is restricted on helicopter. Dress for the tropics and bring a hat, sunglasses, your swim suit & towel, sunglasses, camera, hat and sunscreen.
Terms & Conditions Passenger Weight Policy - Please Advise Of Estimated Weight Details In Comments Box On Making Reservation 
Due to Aviation Weight Restrictions a client’s body and luggage weight must be advised prior to the reservation being confirmed. Should a client advise a weight variance of more than 10%, the right is reserved to charge a 100% cancellation fee.

Child’s Rate Policy
One (1) infant under their 3rd birthday may travel free of charge if seated on a guardian’s lap. A maximum of one infant per helicopter may travel as per CASA regulations. Children 3 years and above pay full fare.

Insurance
The helicopter operator carries full insurance including Public Liability Insurance of $50,000,000.00.

Minimum and maximum passenger numbers
Minimum passenger numbers may apply. Groups larger than 6 passengers may require private charter. Please liaise with Cairns Visitor Centre at time of booking.

Fuel Surcharge
With fluctuations in world oil prices, it may be necessary to apply a fuel surcharge to the ticket price. In such cases any charge will be collected on departure.

Cancellation Policy
Booking Deposit Non Refundable. Cancellations made 48 hours or less prior to departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
