Your day starts with a checkin at Quicksilver Cruises at the Crystalbrook Superyacht Marinas in Port Douglas, Here you will board Quicksilver Cruise's fast, luxury Wavepiercer Catamaran to the Outer Barrier Reef located Agincourt Reef Pontoon, at the very outer edge of the Barrier Reef. Here, special reefs known as ‘Ribbons’ run parallel to the Continental Shelf. Adjacent to the Coral Sea trench, these ribbon reefs are recognised as the most pristine eco-systems in the reef’s environment. Clear water provides the best possible underwater visibility, encourages rich coral growth and supports spectacular marine life.

Snorkelling is one of the many activities included in your day and is one of the best ways to view the incredible underwater world of the Great Barrier Reef. Quicksilver's friendly crew are on hand to show you how. On your journey out to Agincourt Reef, you can view an instructional video on how to snorkel to teach you the right techniques.

Even without entering the water, you can stay dry and explore the stunning reef from the comfort of a Quicksilver sub.  Seated just one metre underwater, experience a diver’s view of the reef as you glide slowly through the reef lagoons and colourful coral gardens in air conditioned comfort. From the wide viewing windows, the reef is revealed in its full glory before your eyes. Marvel at spectacular coral formations thousands of years in the making and home to an amazing array of exotic rainbow-coloured tropical fish. 

Participants can watch the fish feeding from Quicksilver’s unique viewing platform and underwater observatory located directly in front of the platform. From here, you can also view “first time” divers taking part in introductory dives. 

Your package includes a  delicious hot and cold tropical buffet, consisting of fresh prawns, pastas, hold and cold buffet selection, cold meat selection, fresh garden salads, fruit platters and fresh bread rolls. There are full bar facilities available where you can purchase drinks.

Terms & Conditions Passenger Weight Policy - Please Advise Of Estimated Weight Details In Comments Box On Making A Reservation 
Due to Aviation Weight Restrictions a client’s body and luggage weight must be advised prior to the reservation being confirmed. Should a client advise a weight variance of more than 10%, the right is reserved to charge a 100% cancellation fee. 

*** Weight limit is 130kgs maximum per person. If weighing in over 130kgs please email us for additional information, as the operator can carry passengers over 130ks by arrangement by applying a 50% surcharge to the pricing and reducing the number of passengers carried on the flight (subject to availability) 

Child’s Rate Policy 
One (1) infant under their 3rd birthday may travel free of charge if seated on a guardian’s lap. A maximum of one infant per helicopter may travel as per CASA regulations. Children 3 years and above pay full fare. 

Insurance 
The helicopter operator carries full insurance including Public Liability Insurance of $50,000,000.00. 

Minimum and maximum passenger numbers 
Minimum passenger numbers may apply. Groups larger than 6 passengers may require private charter. Please liaise with Cairns Visitor Centre at time of booking. 

Fuel Surcharge
With fluctuations in world oil prices, it may be necessary to apply a fuel surcharge to the ticket price. In such cases any charge will be collected on departure. 

Cancellation Policy
Booking Deposit Non Refundable. Bookings cancelled 48 hours or less prior to departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
