The Snorkelling and Diving

Our destination is beautiful Upolu Reef 30km off the coast of Cairns. Experience one of our day trips exploring the many wonders of the Great Barrier Reef.

Our aim is to provide a relaxing, fun filled day on the Great Barrier Reef where you will enjoy and learn about its wonders. You will see countless varieties of colourful corals, reef fish and spectacular giant clams. We also regularly see turtles and dolphins during the voyage.

Whether you wish to snorkel or experience the wonders of the reef on an introductory dive "Ecstasea" has the professional crew and personal service to ensure you are safe and sound.

If you don't want to get your feet wet, we can take you for a tour of the reef in our glass bottom boat. To ensure comfort and personalised service, we limit the number of guests to 20 (our vessel is licenced for 34). Our crew is available at all times to assist you.

Preservation and awareness of the marine ecosystem is the focus of this reef experience. You will learn how the reef was made and share many of the reefs secrets with our marine naturalist. On the way home, lie back and enjoy the romance of sail, as "Ecstasea" slips silently through the water under sail alone. Learn to sail and steer the boat if you wish or just lie back and relax.
