Our ‘Go Troppo’ overnight rainforest packages include transfers from Cairns and Cairns Northern Beaches accommodation, a visit to the Rainforest Habitat where you will see the endangered cassowary and other wildlife with the opportunity to have your photo taken holding a koala, snake or crocodile (optional extra), Daintree River Cable Ferry Crossing and entry to Daintree National Park, a stop at Alexandra Lookout with magnificent views of the Daintree River and Coral Sea, a visit to Cape Tribulation Beach where you can relax or join your guide for a walk through this unique ecosystem on the boardwalks to the lookout for great photo opportunities and a visit Emmagen Creek where you will see the giant fig tree, a walk through World Heritage Rainforest with free time to enjoy a refreshing swim in the creek’s crystal clear waters (please note: in wet weather conditions, this activity will be replaced with a visit to the scenic Dubuji Boardwalk). Later in the afternoon you will be transferred to your choice of overnight accommodation. There are a number of accommodation choices on offer, dorm share, twin share, double share with or without private ensuite bathrooms which can be chosen according to your budgetary and personal requirements.
